INTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE (For 15 People)
Our Intimate Wedding package, the ideal package for a small private wedding:
- Drinks Reception including two glasses of prosecco per person
- Three canapes per person
- Four course sit down wedding breakfast with coffee, tea and petit fours
- Half a bottle of our selected house wine per person
- Half a bottle of mineral water per person
- One glass of prosecco for the toast per person
- Chair covers and sash
- Cake stand and knife hire
- White table linen and napkins
- Dedicated wedding coordinator in the run up to your wedding
- Dedicated event manager to look after you and your guests on the day

Ivory Wedding Package
Our Ivory Wedding package includes the following:
- Reception room hire
- Drinks Reception withtwo glasses of prosecco per person
- Three course sit down wedding breakfast with coffee, tea and petit fours
- Half a bottle of our selected house wine per person
- Half a bottle of mineral water per person
- One glass of prosecco for the toast per person
- Cake stand and knife hire
- White table linen and napkins
- White chair covers with sash in a colour of your choice or chiarvri chairs
- Late night snack of bacon or egg roll per person
- Dedicated wedding coordinator in the run up to your wedding
- Dedicated event manager to look after you and your guests on the day
- One complimentary menu tasting, including wine for the couple-to-be
- Bridal Suite on the night of the wedding for the newlyweds with a complimentary bottle of Sopwell House Gin and breakfast the next day

Our Rose Wedding Package includes:

- Half a bottle of our selected house wine per person
- Half a bottle of mineral water per person
- One glass of Champagne for the toast per person
- Cake stand and knife hire
- White table linen and napkins
- White chair covers and sash in colour of your choice or chiavari chairs
- Evening finger buffet (Choice of 4 items)
- Dedicated wedding coordinator in the run up to your wedding
- Dedicated event manager to look after you and your guests on the day
- One complimentary menu tasting, including wine for the couple-to-be

Thank you so much for facilitating a 1st rate wedding day for us at Sopwell House. It will always be a special memory for Susie and I and our family.
The challenges for all of us to hold any wedding ceremony and lunch were considerable during this crazy Covid time. Sopwell had just opened again ,but had done a much better job than the Grove in refurbishing your hotel and maintaining your lovely gardens. And you had to contend with a flood just before our big day! Nonetheless you all delivered as a team, with a special thank you to you, Gopi/team and Ludovic on the day. A well delivered intimate wedding event.

The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble, they also went above and beyond to make our wedding night extra special.
