40 Winks with Pride of Britain Hotels

This Autumn Pride of Britain Hotels celebrate their 40th Anniversary with a 40 winks campaign. To join in the celebrations, Sopwell House have created the perfect sleep package, designed to take you on a rejuvenation journey.

Stay for two nights in our Mews retreats, secluded behind private gates and surrounded by manicured botanical gardens, complete with bubbling infinity edged hydrotherapy pool.

By day, retreat to The Club at Cottonmill Spa to nap in front of the fireplace in the whisper room or slip away to the Deep Relaxation Room to cocoon yourself within one of the four senses pods. Steaming hot tubs and a flickering outdoor firepit will also keep you warm whilst you curl up in a fluffy robe in the tranquil spa gardens.

During your stay you can also enjoy Afternoon tea with Chamomile or Lemon and Ginger, both known to help with relaxation and sleep before retiring to the lounge to while away the afternoon with a good read, or to head back into the spa and sleep off the mid afternoon treats.

In the evening enjoy a relaxed dinner in the Brasserie, or if you prefer, stay in your robes and have it delivered to your room to enjoy at your leisure.

For your second evening, dine at Omboo – with a menu full of ingredients such as lotus roots, lily bulb, salmon, lemongrass, ginger, pomegranates, mandarins and nuts, shown to reduce oxidants in the body, promote healthy digestion and ultimately a good night’s sleep.

Finally enjoy a lazy breakfast in bed followed maybe by a last little nap before checking out and returning to reality.
