A hairdryer is located in the top drawer of your desk and a steam iron and ironing board in your wardrobe. Some of our hairdryers have a safety feature and therefore the button on the handle should be held for continuous use. There are tea and coffee facilities in your bedroom, usually located in the TV cabinet. There are two bottles of still water provided with our compliments. Non-allergic pillows and duvets are available if required, if you would like extra pillows, towels or stationery, please contact reception.

Please note: Bedroom toiletries will be replenished when required. Please contact reception if you feel more are needed.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Your room is equipped with a High Definition TV and Sky HD with Sky Sports and BT Sports packages.

To turn on the TV, press the ‘TV’ button, the power button and then the ‘Sky’ button. If a message appears press the sky button again. Press the ‘guide’ button to see the list of channels available. You can use the sky remote to change channels and volume. To turn off, press the ‘TV’ button and then the power button.

Please do not remove the Sky remote control from your room – it is programmed to work only with this system.

All rooms are equipped with a safe, please use this to secure your valuables. Please note: Items are left at the owners risk.

Please use the bag provided for both laundry and dry cleaning and complete the checklist. Items collected prior to 8:45am will be returned before 7:00pm the same day. Contact reception to arrange collection of your laundry. Service available Monday - Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

Reception can arrange a taxi for you. Please contact us no later than 15 minutes before your journey.

Check-out is at 11.00am on day of departure. Late check-out is available at an extra cost, subject to availability, please contact Reception.
